COMMERCIAL PILOTS
Find the right role for robotics in your business
Run a supervised industrial or commercial pilot in your own space — often with LimX TRON 2, or another platform we select with you for the task. You get real evidence and a clear recommendation on what to do next.

Pilot possibilities
Pick one job. Test it properly.
A good pilot is narrow. These are the scenarios we most often scope with Canadian teams — each one is evaluated, not promised.

Suggested starting platform
LimX TRON 2
Test whether TRON 2 can pick, carry or present light items at a workbench or staging area, with an engineer alongside and clear safety zones.
A starting point only. The platform and scope are confirmed after we review your site and task.
TRON 2 is our lead platform for industrial and commercial pilots. Other robots remain options once we understand your task.
What you receive
Tangible outputs, not a demo day.

- A written pilot plan: role, workspace, safety rules and the measures you agreed to
- A recommended platform and configuration, with the reasons behind it
- Supervised operation by a HumanoidX operator during pilot hours
- Observations and staff / visitor feedback gathered during the pilot
- A findings report with a clear recommendation: scale, adjust, or stop
Decision criteria
What we evaluate together.
A pilot is a decision tool. Every exit is legitimate.
- Task fit
Did the robot complete the scoped task reliably enough to be useful?
- Safety
Were zones, stops and supervision workable in your real space?
- People
How did staff and visitors respond — and what support would they need?
- Operations
Charging, storage, connectivity, maintenance and who owns each.
- Economics
Whether purchase, lease or managed service makes sense for your volume.
From pilot to decision
Assess
Site, task and constraints reviewed.
Pilot
Supervised trial in your environment.
Decide
Findings reviewed against criteria.
Purchase, lease or pause
If assessed as a fit, we scope a purchase, lease or managed deployment. If not, you keep the findings.
After the pilot, if it fits
How it works
Four steps, each with a decision point.
- 01
Discovery
We conduct a site visit or detailed briefing to understand your environment, staff structure, guest profile, and deployment goals. We identify the pilot scope and robot platform.
- 02
Design
We design the pilot interaction model — the robot's role, conversation flows, behavioral rules, and success metrics. We prepare a pilot plan document for your approval.
- 03
Deploy
We deploy the robot in your environment for the agreed pilot period (scoped during design), with a HumanoidX operator present for all operational hours.
- 04
Report & recommend
We synthesize all pilot data into a comprehensive report and present findings to your team, including a clear recommendation for the path forward.
