Create the moment everyone remembers.
Attention is only the beginning.
Most events compete for attention. Guests move between presentations, booths, and activities. Much of the experience is forgotten shortly after the event ends.
A humanoid robot changes the energy of the room. People stop. They look. They approach. They ask questions.
The Engaging Host is designed to transform that initial curiosity into a meaningful interaction — welcoming attendees, answering questions, delivering announcements, and connecting interested guests to your team.
Designed around the complete guest experience.
Every deployment is customized according to the event, venue, audience, robot configuration, and approved scope of work.
Welcome guests
Greet attendees as they arrive, introduce itself, and create an immediate sense of excitement—adaptable to corporate, playful, educational, or energetic event tones.
Hold natural conversations
Respond to common questions in everyday language, ask appropriate follow-up questions, adapt its tone, and redirect guests to a human team member when necessary.
Answer event-specific questions
Answer questions about schedules, speakers, sponsors, locations, and event activities using approved information prepared before the event.
Represent your organization
Communicate approved information about your company, mission, products, campaigns, event sponsors, and calls to action.
Deliver announcements
Deliver scheduled or operator-triggered announcements: welcoming attendees, introducing speakers, directing guests, and sharing approved logistical messages.
Support interactive demonstrations
Become part of a structured humanoid robotics demonstration—personalized introduction, conversation, movement, audience questions, and programmed interactions.
Assist with supervised item handoffs
Where hardware and safety assessment permit, assist with controlled handoffs of promotional items, brochures, badges, or pre-prepared event items.
Identify interest and support follow-up
When a guest expresses interest, guide them transparently to scan a QR code, open a booking page, or speak with a human representative—never collecting data without consent.
A host that can welcome Canada.
"Good evening and welcome to the event."
"Bonsoir et bienvenue à l'événement."
The Engaging Host can be configured to interact in English and French, making it particularly well suited for events in Montréal, Québec, Ottawa, and bilingual environments across Canada. Additional languages may be possible depending on the scope, speech systems, and required testing.
From first approach to meaningful interaction.
A guest notices the robot and approaches the welcome area.
"Good evening and welcome. I'm the HumanoidX Engaging Host. Would you prefer English or French?"
"What time does the keynote begin?"
"The keynote begins at 7:30 in the main hall — approximately a two-minute walk. I can point you in the right direction."
The guest asks what the robot can do. The Engaging Host gives a brief explanation and offers a short demonstration.
"We organize a conference every year. Could we have something like this?"
"Absolutely. HumanoidX creates customized humanoid experiences for conferences and organizations. You can scan the code beside me to book a discussion, or I can introduce you to a member of the team."
One archetype. Many possible experiences.
Also well suited for universities, museums, shopping centres, product launches, galas, and media appearances.
Customized for your event.
The Engaging Host is not deployed with the same generic script at every event. HumanoidX can customize every element:
What HumanoidX provides
A successful humanoid deployment requires much more than transporting hardware to a venue.
HumanoidX's mission is to configure, deploy, monitor, support, and manage humanoid robots in real commercial environments — not merely sell or rent hardware.
Designed for controlled, supervised deployment.
The Engaging Host is built around clear operating rules and conservative early-stage deployment practices. The objective is not to make the robot appear more autonomous than it is — it is to create a safe, credible, and professionally managed experience.
From your idea to a live humanoid experience.
HumanoidX guides every client through a structured seven-stage process — from defining the role to launching a managed deployment and reviewing performance.
Tell us about the event
Share the date, location, audience, venue, objectives, and the experience you want to create.
Define the robot's role
HumanoidX helps determine where the Engaging Host should be positioned, who it should interact with, and what it should accomplish.
Design the experience
We define personality, languages, approved information, scripts, announcements, demonstrations, and guest journeys.
Assess the venue
We review the operating area, flooring, connectivity, crowd density, power, transportation, and supervision needs.
Configure and test
The robot experience is programmed, configured, rehearsed, and tested before the event.
Deploy and operate
HumanoidX delivers, sets up, operates, supervises, and supports the Engaging Host throughout the agreed deployment.
Review and improve
Following the event, we provide performance observations and recommendations for future activations or longer-term pilots.
Questions about the Engaging Host.
Is the Engaging Host available now?
Yes. The Engaging Host is available for event bookings, demonstrations, and custom deployment planning. Specific capabilities are confirmed based on the event, robot configuration, venue, timeline, and required development.
Can the robot be customized for our company?
Yes. Its approved knowledge, greetings, personality, language, announcements, scripts, calls to action, demonstrations, and visual presentation can be adapted to your event.
Can it speak English and French?
Yes. Bilingual interaction can be included in the event configuration. Additional languages may be possible depending on project requirements and testing.
Can guests have unscripted conversations with it?
The robot supports natural-language interaction within approved topics and safety boundaries. Some responses may be generated dynamically, while others use controlled scripts or event-specific knowledge.
Can it walk around the venue?
Potentially, but movement depends on the venue, crowd density, flooring, robot platform, safety assessment, and supervision model. Early deployments may position the robot in a defined operating zone.
Does someone from HumanoidX remain on-site?
For early public deployments, a trained HumanoidX operator or approved supervisor remains available to monitor the experience, support the robot, and intervene when necessary.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the event date, location, deployment duration, transportation, custom programming, knowledge preparation, integrations, staffing, and technical complexity. HumanoidX will prepare a proposal based on the complete event scope.
How far in advance should we book?
More preparation time allows for stronger customization, testing, and coordination. Dates remain subject to robot and team availability.
Give your guests a story they will tell after the event.
Configured properly, the Engaging Host can welcome your audience, communicate your message, help people navigate the experience, create meaningful interactions, and position your organization at the front of a technological transformation.
Tell us about your event, audience, location, and vision. We will help design the right humanoid experience.
